2. How WishPool Works

WishPool operates as a legal lottery system where participants can purchase entries ("wishes") for a chance to win prizes. Each wish costs $1 and gives you one entry into the drawing for that specific product.

• Winners are selected through a certified random number generator
• All drawings are conducted fairly and transparently
• You must be 18 years or older to participate
• Participation is subject to local laws and regulations

3. Account Registration

4. Payment and Refunds

5. Prize Claims and Delivery

• Delivery times vary by location (typically 5-14 business days)
• Unclaimed prizes will be re-drawn after 30 days

• Multiple accounts or attempts to manipulate results will result in disqualification

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use WishPool for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. Prohibited activities include:

• Creating multiple accounts to increase winning chances
• Using automated systems or bots
• Attempting to manipulate or hack the system
• Providing false information during registration
• Participating if under 18 years of age

8. Limitation of Liability
